✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In early September, I had gone online to reserve a compact car for one day to visit family in Presque Isle, Maine. When I arrived to pick up the car, the manager, Tim Smith, instructed his staff to provide me with a small SUV, at no additional charge. "There's going to be a lot of water on the roads today, and we don't want you hydroplaning," he said. "Your safety comes first." When I returned the car the following morning, Mr Smith took it upon himself to give me a lift back downtown. I told him there was, indeed, a lot of water on the roads, and that I felt considerably safer in the larger vehicle. Mr Smith and his team represent the very best in genuine, caring, customer service. Bravo!
